The room was super clean. I did find the provided toiletries acceptable.
I was disappointed by the distinct lack of soundproofing. Noise from the nearby road permeated into the room, even on a higher floor. The noise made sleep difficult. The gym equipment appears outdated. The treadmill was faulty and had a very wobbly handrail. It needs immediate repair.

the room offered a cozy retreat with fresh bedding and daily towel service. the rooftop pool was amazing with convenient changing facilities! offering a cute experience. the location was perfect for accessing local amenities.
the lighting in the bathroom was a little dim for makeup application.

the staff were polite with any requests we had. housekeeping ensured our room was always clean and tidy. they provided fresh towels daily, a lovely touch.

our junior suite terrace included a large terrace with a sunbed, a table and chairs. a clothes airer. the room was modern and comfortable with minimal noise once the doors closed. bedding was clean and fresh!
