staff friendly. but some issues.
car accident full price
we ordered pick up service at the airport. we had a car accident on the way, but the driver and hotel staff just said sorry. they didn't give us any medical support or check on our health. they charged us full price for the picking up service.

a retreat of pure bliss!
smooth pickup refreshing drinks attentive staff fantastic atmosphere
the airport pickup was smooth and efficient the welcome drinks and cold towels were so refreshing after my journey. i really loved the complimentary foot massage i received upon arrival it was such a treat. the staff were attentive making sure i had everything i needed throughout my stay. i also took advantage of the daily happy hour at the pool bar the cocktails were delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic.
the only thing i could fault was the limited selection of english channels on the television everything else was really good.

staff ensured every need was met promptly breakfast service had varied options daily airport transfers operated with punctuality and efficiency. front desk assistance offered helpful advice for tours and nearby attractions.

the hotel offered a serene escape despite its proximity to the city center. access to nearby restaurants and local markets was very easy. tuk-tuk services were readily available just outside the hotel. the surrounding area felt safe and cute.

my suite included a private balcony overlooking lush gardens the room had comfortable king-size bed with premium linens. complimentary bottled water was replenished daily the bathroom had a separate rain shower and soaking tub.

excellent experience
clean suite spacious room rainfall shower
i found my premier suite pool access usd15 credit spa very clean and spacious. the bathroom had nice details like two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel also gave me a massage voucher for 15 usd and a free lunch voucher that was unexpected.

large room stone bathtub
The room was large and very comfortable. I liked the extra-large bathroom it featured a shower and stone bathtub. Breakfast had excellent quality items and the restaurant matched this quality.
There was no bar area available limiting seating options in the evening unless I had dinner.
