accommodating staff substantial breakfast nice view harbour proximity
The staff was accommodating. They let me leave my bag after checkout so i could visit a local museum. the breakfast was substantial, setting me up well for the day. i also had a nice view from my room! the location being very close to the harbour was a big plus.
The carpet in my room wasn't super clean. However the rest of the room was clean.

weak shower pressure unreliable wi-fi
The shower pressure was very weak in my room. I struggled to rinse shampoo from my hair. The Wi-Fi signal was unreliable (the signal was constantly dropping). This made it hard for me to complete work tasks. The television was also quite small. It seemed outdated for this type of accommodation.

Excellent Food and Friendly Service
cumbria breakfast town centre hotel parking
The breakfast was excellent, especially the Cumbria breakfast with a Cumberland sausage. I appreciated the hotel's location because it was close to the town centre. The parking behind the hotel was a great convenience. The staff were very friendly and professional (always eager to assist).
The shower was not very powerful, so washing hair was challenging. The water pressure made it difficult to have a proper shower. I hope they can fix it soon.

The restaurant service was efficient, and the menu presented many good choices. Generous portions were served, and the staff catered to allergies. The team provided a warm and cute atmosphere .
