inconsistent servicecramped breakfast area

the shower lacked proper enclosure so water spread across the floor with each use. i found the towel replacement service to be inconsistent there was no tidying of the room. the breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours creating some congestion.

The location provides convenient access to public transportation. I found it easy to reach various destinations using nearby bus stops and the metro station (this saved a lot of time). The staff assisted me with storing luggage and freezing some food I needed to take home. The towels and toiletries were replenished daily, which I greatly appreciated.

The walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from the adjacent room.

The staff were very kind . I found the 24-hour front desk to be very convenient. The location worked well for getting around , with metro stations within a short walk.

The bathroom was quite small . I found the walls to be thin. I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent rooms and noise from the hallway.
