The Alexander Brown Room, designed for partial accessibility, features a queen sized Murphy bed, two wing back chairs, a fireplace, a full-size closet, cable television, an accessible stand-up shower, and a Jacuzzi. McGlinchey's Landing Suite includes two rooms: a sitting room with views of the Kirk of St James, a fireplace, cable television, two wingback chairs, a loveseat that converts into a bed, a queen-sized Murphy bed, a powder room, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, dishes and silverware, and a private balcony; the separate bedroom has a queen size mahogany bed, an antique chair, an antique wardrobe, cable television and a full bath with a stand-up shower and a double Jacuzzi. Gran's Haven has an antique double mahogany sleigh bed, an antique wardrobe, an antique chair, lookout windows with a view of downtown Charlottetown, cable television, and a full private bath. The Fitzroy Hideaway Suite features a king bed with a wooden frame, antique wardrobe, settee, antique chairs, a fireplace, cable television, views of Charlottetown and the Kirk of St James, and a bath with a stand-up shower and a double Jacuzzi. The rooms feature wood floors, antique furnishings, period décor and fireplaces. Some rooms are only accessible by stairs and are located on the 3rd floor.
