Cottages have three-bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, a 4-piece bath, satellite TV, and air conditioning in the living area; each has a deck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture; one cottage has a private deck, and the other has a shared deck. All rooms also offer ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a dressing area, a dining table, a patio, garden furniture, cookware/kitchen utensils, an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV, and parquet floor; bathrooms offer free toiletries and a hairdryer.

The Resort at Cavendish Corner includes a restaurant. A free full breakfast is offered. Since 1958, a family restaurant has served lobster with all the trimmings.
