I found the location ideal for accessing the Riverwalk. The room had a large-sized TV. I also dined at Big Bar one evening and found the food and drinks very good (the cocktails were expertly made). Housekeeping was accommodating .
The soundproofing was not adequate.

Big Bar offers an array of food and drink options. The breakfast buffet had a large variety, and the quality of the items was very high. There were many choices available, from fresh fruit to cooked items.

My room was clean and well-kept. It offered a comfortable sleeping environment and had a modern aesthetic. The large TV was a plus, along with functional air conditioning. (I appreciated the quiet operation).

The location was really good. It was easy to walk to nearby attractions and restaurants (a great advantage when exploring). I also appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff. They promptly addressed my requests and provided useful information about the area.
The in-room coffee setup could use improvement. I found the disposable cups and limited coffee options disappointing (especially for a hotel of this caliber).

The rooms were great with great views, but the front desk staff needs training. They never greeted me or even said hello. I asked for extra towels, the towels never arrived! I might reconsider my next visit. The service has been terrible lately.
