I found the location ideal for accessing the Riverwalk. The room had a large-sized TV. I also dined at Big Bar one evening and found the food and drinks very good (the cocktails were expertly made). Housekeeping was accommodating .

The soundproofing was not adequate. The elevators were noisy and negatively impacted my sleep, especially when located close to my room.

The location was really good. It was easy to walk to nearby attractions and restaurants (a great advantage when exploring). I also appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff. They promptly addressed my requests and provided useful information about the area.

The in-room coffee setup could use improvement. I found the disposable cups and limited coffee options disappointing (especially for a hotel of this caliber).

The rooms were great with great views, but the front desk staff needs training. They never greeted me or even said hello. I asked for extra towels, the towels never arrived! I might reconsider my next visit. The service has been terrible lately.
