the room had a noisy radiator, difficult to sleep! i also found the bed too firm for my preference.

I found the breakfast very good and filling. the room had modern decor and felt very clean. the pub attached offers good food. It was as cozy as i imagined.
the parking situation was difficult because parking is on the road and the area seemed residential.

My room had a large window. It provided a good view of the surrounding area. The room also had a modern television. The signal quality was excellent.
The bathroom was equipped with a combined bath and shower. It lacked a separate shower stall, not ideal. I also noted there was no lift. I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs.

the breakfast was tasty. a very friendly lady delivered it and engaged in nice banter. the room was lovely. it had beautiful decor, a huge clean bed, and a shower room. i dined in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and the food was amazing both times (the fish was especially good!).
The first night was noisy. I think our room was above the bar. there was a lot of banging until 11:30 pm.
