the room was clean with contemporary decor. fresh linen was provided. i found ironing facilities and a refrigerator in the room. the uk electrical socket outlet was a bonus.

faulty air conditioningsignificant street noise
the air conditioning did not function properly. the room became uncomfortably warm. i had to open the window (on a high floor) and the noise from the street was significant. it disrupted my sleep each night.

The room was clean and tidy (that's always a good start). A short walk got me to the tram stop, easing my commute.
The air conditioning didn't work, and the room was very hot. I had to sleep with the window open, but the street noise was considerable and distracting. It also wasn't very clear if breakfast was included.

The room had a comfortable bed, and i slept well for the duration of my stay. the location was convenient. The tram stop was a short walk away.
the staff seemed indifferent, and they were not particularly cute or helpful. the absence of air conditioning in the room was noticeable, and the room felt quite warm, even with the window open.
