The beds were fairly comfortable. It was an okay stay for one night.

The front desk personnel was a JOKE. I have NEVER ever seen this kind of behavior from a so called 4 stars hotel clerk. I arrived at 10am just to drop off my luggages. The clerk told me my room would be ready at 2pm but it wasn't ready even at 4pm!

I was impressed by the hotel's location. It was a short walk to union station. the room was spacious and very clean. I found it to be a comfortable retreat after exploring. the view was lovely too!

i found the room's layout a little unusual, somewhat inconvenient.

The front desk staff was lovely and helpful. They readily held my bags. they did this both before and after check-out. this made logistics very easy!
