fantastic downtown stay

accurate depiction clean room reliable wifi

the room was exactly as depicted online, ensuring a visually accurate expectation. it was perfect for my several-night stay, very clean, and quite spacious. i found the bed comfortable, and the wifi was consistent and reliable, which i found very important.

the in-room coffee could be upgraded.

the jr 1 bedroom suite offered ample space and included in-room laundry, which i found quite convenient. the bathroom featured modern fixtures, and i really liked the provided amenities. overall, it provided a very comfortable experience.

The staff members were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. They promptly addressed all requests. they provided quick check-in, and their friendliness. the valet parking made car access easy.

close location downtown location cigarette burn dusty blinds

the location was close to my work site, i found it close to downtown.

The room was not great regarding cleanliness. I noticed a cigarette burn on the bed and considerable dust on the blinds. these blinds let in a ton of light, made sleeping challenging.

the LOCATION was good for getting around. it was easy TO walk to many attractions. the ROOM included basic amenities i expected. I found the staff helpful when i had questions.

the ROOM WAS smaller than i anticipated. the ELEVATOR was occasionally slow, causing delays. I noticed some wear AND tear in the bathroom that could use updating.

poor valet service inadequate room cleaning

the valet service was not great. nobody offered help with my luggage. the room cleaning was also not up to par. i mentioned these issues at check-in, but nothing was done about it. charging over $500 per night, i expected a cleaner space!!!

front desk personnel joke clerk

The beds were fairly comfortable. It was an okay stay for one night.

The front desk personnel was a JOKE. I have NEVER ever seen this kind of behavior from a so called 4 stars hotel clerk. I arrived at 10am just to drop off my luggages. The clerk told me my room would be ready at 2pm but it wasn't ready even at 4pm!

I was impressed by the hotel's location. It was a short walk to union station. the room was spacious and very clean. I found it to be a comfortable retreat after exploring. the view was lovely too!

i found the room's layout a little unusual, somewhat inconvenient.
