the staff showed genuine warmth. we were celebrating our anniversary and were surprised by a delicious dessert, it was a very tender touch. concierge and valet staff offered helpful tips for exploring. the hotel room was quite spacious and serviced daily.

the in-room connectivity presented a minor hiccup but did not overshadow the trip.

I appreciated the clean, well-lit rooms with excellent lighting. The living space felt spacious. The hotel's location on King Street puts it near a coffee shop, fast food, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Staff members were friendly, kind, and helpful. Their demeanor was really pleasant. The valet service was fast and efficient, this was a great feature.

The room was very clean! The hotel has shops nearby, so that was useful. It is close to the Rogers Centre. I liked that a lot.

Customer service is cursory, I must say. I stayed four nights! I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. A $600 deposit was taken from my bank account for security.

Really good Stay in a Prime Location

clean room adjustable air system walk-in shower comfortable bed

My room was very clean, and the air system was quite adjustable. I had a walk-in shower, but no tub, with both a rain head and a detachable shower head. The water pressure was sufficient. I believe that is an eco measure. The bed was comfortable.

It felt rushed. Certain areas were overlooked.

awesome stay, hands down!

queen beds prime location friendly staff

The staff greeted us with warm smiles, and i felt so welcomed. i had a spacious classic room with two queen beds. This provided lots of space. the location is perfect. It meant easy access to nearby spots. a starbucks is right across the street. This is super convenient.

the room service menu was slightly limited! it only offered a few choices for late-night snacks.
