The room was very clean! The hotel has shops nearby, so that was useful. It is close to the Rogers Centre. I liked that a lot.

Customer service is cursory, I must say. I stayed four nights! I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. A $600 deposit was taken from my bank account for security.

Really good Stay in a Prime Location

My room was very clean, and the air system was quite adjustable. I had a walk-in shower, but no tub, with both a rain head and a detachable shower head. The water pressure was sufficient. I believe that is an eco measure. The bed was comfortable.

The staff greeted us with warm smiles, and i felt so welcomed. i had a spacious classic room with two queen beds. This provided lots of space. the location is perfect. It meant easy access to nearby spots. a starbucks is right across the street. This is super convenient.

the room service menu was slightly limited! it only offered a few choices for late-night snacks.

the staff was very friendly. the hotel location offers easy access to major attractions.

We stayed for a few nights, and i had to ask for the room to be cleaned. towels were not changed, and beds were not made, a letdown. water was not replenished either. It's these small details that matter.
