the shuttle service was convenient.
the room i booked was not available when i arrived. instead of a king room, i was offered a two queen room, which i declined initially. the receptionist offered a free breakfast and parking, but those were not useful since i didn't have a car.

i appreciated the prompt and professional service from the hotel shuttle. the shuttle driver was punctual and courteous. the bed in my room was also quite comfortable. i found it easy to get to restaurants nearby for dinner as well.
the trash bin in my room lacked a cover. the coffee maker was dusty and unclean. i cleaned it before using it. the shower head was not detachable a minor inconvenience.
