The restaurant had good quality food and drinks. I liked the bar, too. the rail connection made getting to the airport easy

The front desk staff was not friendly when i checked in. I had to wake them up at checkout. the room was not comfortable at all. It was also dirty.

The in-house bar offered convenient options. I appreciated the proximity to the terminal buildings, especially since I was transiting. The monorail access saved me from waiting for a shuttle or taxi. The rooms were notably clean and well kept, a BIG plus.

I did notice that the television remote control was a bit complex to use.

The hotel benefits from easy access to the airport terminals through the monorail. This is convenient for travelers with early flights or those with connecting flights. I didn't need a taxi.

The train to Union Station cost just $12.50. Restaurant options were AMAZING!!! Front desk staff. Staff provided excellent service.

The room felt a little small. Space beside the bed was limited. It was hard to put a phone or water bottle. The hotel room had no fridge, which would have been useful.
