Acceptable but flawed airport hotel

The location of this hotel is close to the airport, so it was an easy access point for my travels.
The furniture in my room looked worn. The bathroom sliding door did not close properly and felt flimsy. The ventilation system was also very loud and made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The hotel provided convenient access to the airport. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I found the cleanliness of the hotel commendable.
I had to wait close to an hour for the airport shuttle on a cold evening (this was not ideal). The hotel looked a bit old and depressing. I thought it was massively overpriced.

loud heaterrestful sleep
the heater was loud. it was so loud that i thought it was broken and asked for a different room. the new room had the same issue. other guests reported the same. it made restful sleep impossible. i suspect all the rooms are loud. i feel bad for the staff who obviously know about this problem but are told to pretend everything is fine. i will never stay here again.
