The location was convenient, being right next to gare de l'est. i found the staff super friendly and helpful. They all spoke excellent english (a huge plus!). the room was very clean.
the bathroom door was a sliding wooden panel. it didn't offer much privacy, a bit inconvenient.

the spa area offered a relaxing experience because not too many people were allowed inside at the same time. the breakfast area provided a good selection of food, and the staff worked hard to keep everything stocked.

Excellent Location and New Room

The location works great. The train station and restaurants are very close. The room was new. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. Several metro lines exist in the area. I would stay again. I walked to Gare du Nord station.
The system for the air conditioning was centralized. It kept the room too hot. I was told to open the window. A small patio did not let much air in. Much noise entered.

the location is fantastic , just across from the gare de l'est. i experienced very quick room service , it was impressively fast. the receptionists and housekeeping team were excellent.
i found the separate bathroom and restroom design not very convenient. there is little privacy.

Fantastic Stay Near Gare de l'Est

I found the rooms to be clean and well-kept. The classic room had everything i needed. i also thought the location was very convenient. I could quickly reach the gare de l'est train station. the staff were also helpful. Jay and tay provided excellent assistance .
The room i had felt a little warm. I wish the air conditioning had better cooling.
