convenient location friendly staff
The location was convenient, being right next to gare de l'est. i found the staff super friendly and helpful. They all spoke excellent english (a huge plus!). the room was very clean.
the bathroom door was a sliding wooden panel. it didn't offer much privacy, a bit inconvenient.
Facilities

the spa area offered a relaxing experience because not too many people were allowed inside at the same time. the breakfast area provided a good selection of food, and the staff worked hard to keep everything stocked.

Excellent Location and New Room

excellent shower comfortable bed metro lines
The location works great. The train station and restaurants are very close. The room was new. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. Several metro lines exist in the area. I would stay again. I walked to Gare du Nord station.
The system for the air conditioning was centralized. It kept the room too hot. I was told to open the window. A small patio did not let much air in. Much noise entered.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel provides a spa, with a space for relaxation after a day of travel, and a pool is available seeking recreation. The hotel includes a left luggage policy too. The availability of these features enhances the overall convenience.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast was good, with varied options to choose from, and this allows for individual preferences to be met easily. The hotel has dining in the evenings, yet the menu had limitations. Food preparation appears to be well executed.
Service
9/10
The staff are friendly and helpful, offering assistance with a smile, and some speak English. The front desk can address guests' needs effectively. The staff works efficiently to maintain a cute environment.
