a mixed experience at this hotel

musty smell damp room

the location proved convenient for accessing nearby transport options.

I was quite disappointed with the room i initially received , as it had a distinct musty smell and felt quite damp . This made my first impression rather poor and affected my overall comfort.

prime location friendly staff fresh pastry

Location was good near the Arc de Triomphe. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helped with directions. Breakfast had croissants and fresh pastries.

The elevator was small and a bit slow.

The front desk provided quick assistance with luggage storage after checkout. Staff was polite and spoke several languages fluently.

My TWIN room contained two twin beds and a desk. The bathroom included a shower and provided toiletries. Windows were double-paned, THAT reduced street noise.

excellent location helpful staff friendly staff small room uncomfortable bed noisy metro

the location was excellent. it was very near arc de triomphe and a metro station. many restaurants were nearby. the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. breakfast was also good.

My room was very small. the double bed was really small too. I could hardly fit there. the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. i was on the first floor and could hear the metro going under the street.

housekeeping inefficiency hairs on floor

My experience began positively, with a clean room, but certain aspects soured my impression. The housekeeping were not very efficient. I found many hairs on the floor and on the bed sheets, so I doubt if they vacuumed the room regularly. These details certainly impacted my overall sense of comfort.
