Business rooms have gray decor, a queen-size bed (160*190), a glass-shower-room opening onto the room, and a separated toilet with views of the Arc de Triomphe. Superior rooms offer rose decor, a queen-size bed, and a shower or bathroom with views of the Arc de Triomphe. Deluxe rooms feature blue decor, a king-size bed (convertible to two 80*200 beds upon request), and a separated bathroom with views of the Arc de Triomphe. Triple Deluxe rooms have blue or pink decor, a queen-size bed (160*190), an extra single bed, and a separated bathroom; two rooms have views of the Arc de Triomphe. All rooms include laptop-friendly workspaces, air conditioning, free WiFi, a safe, ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a dressing area, soundproofed walls, free toiletries, an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, a direct dial telephone, a flat-screen TV, and carpeted floors. Towels are replaced if placed on the floor. Rooms face Avenue Carnot or Rue des Acacias and are cleaned daily.

The location was amazing. It's close to the Arc de Triomphe! The breakfast had decent choices. The decoration in the hotel was very nice! The bed was also very comfortable. I got great sleep.

Fantastic City Stay

The location was excellent. Many restaurants were one block away. I had views of the Arc de Triomphe from my window (it was a real treat). Staff were lovely, and I checked in a few hours early. The coffee shop and patisserie downstairs added a lot of charm.

The room had a glass shower right next to the bed. I found a problem with water leaks. The carpet was never dry.

The front office staff member, Alicia, stood out. She was friendly and helpful. She helped with ordering a taxi and locating local attractions. she gave great directions to the Subway (I really appreciated it). She presented an exemplary attitude towards all guests.

mixed experience at a centrally located hotel

warm roomdingy hallways

this caused the room to become uncomfortably warm, nearly 80 degrees. i reported the issue, but the staff did not resolve it. the hallways also felt narrow and somewhat dingy (a stark contrast to the room itself).

The staff were very helpful. They provided umbrellas when it rained! The hotel location is quite convenient. It is very close to the train system and several attractions.

The room I had was very small! It was hard to open my suitcase. The hotel charged my card for a moved business trip. They said they never charged my card after I met the cancellation criteria.

the hotel provided nespresso coffee machines with coffee capsules and nice teas. they supplied towels, body wash, shampoo, hand wash, hand cream, and body cream. the mini bar also included alcohol for the first night!!!

the room's sound insulation facing the internal corridor was practically non-existent.
