Very nice Stay Near the Arc!

The location was amazing. It's close to the Arc de Triomphe! The breakfast had decent choices. The decoration in the hotel was very nice! The bed was also very comfortable. I got great sleep.

A buffet breakfast saved me the hassle of finding a place each morning! The breakfast included cereals, fruit, yogurt, bread, and cold meats. I found a great restaurant right next door to the hotel, so dining was very convenient.

Fantastic City Stay

The location was excellent. Many restaurants were one block away. I had views of the Arc de Triomphe from my window (it was a real treat). Staff were lovely, and I checked in a few hours early. The coffee shop and patisserie downstairs added a lot of charm.

The room had a glass shower right next to the bed. I found a problem with water leaks. The carpet was never dry.

The front office staff member, Alicia, stood out. She was friendly and helpful. She helped with ordering a taxi and locating local attractions. she gave great directions to the Subway (I really appreciated it). She presented an exemplary attitude towards all guests.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Hot chocolate was available at the reception. Free goodies were offered at reception (especially nice).

The room was clean and well maintained. It was a pleasant surprise to find complimentary drinks in the minibar upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable and I slept soundly each night.

The hotel is very close to a metro station. It was a 2-minute walk. The location is superb, close to cafes and shopping areas. I also appreciated the availability of fruits, tea, and hot chocolate all day long.

mixed experience at a centrally located hotel

warm roomdingy hallways

this caused the room to become uncomfortably warm, nearly 80 degrees. i reported the issue, but the staff did not resolve it. the hallways also felt narrow and somewhat dingy (a stark contrast to the room itself).

The staff were very helpful. They provided umbrellas when it rained! The hotel location is quite convenient. It is very close to the train system and several attractions.

The room I had was very small! It was hard to open my suitcase. The hotel charged my card for a moved business trip. They said they never charged my card after I met the cancellation criteria.

the hotel provided nespresso coffee machines with coffee capsules and nice teas. they supplied towels, body wash, shampoo, hand wash, hand cream, and body cream. the mini bar also included alcohol for the first night!!!

the room's sound insulation facing the internal corridor was practically non-existent.
