the breakfast was a sad affair, very limited options. they seemed to ration the croissants like gold dust. the shower had a mind of its own, alternating between freezing and scalding without warning. i nearly scalded myself.

I was warmly greeted, and the check-in was efficient! My room included a bottle of complimentary wine and a personalized welcome note. I loved the tea time from 4-6 daily, with various teas and pastries. The staff were really nice.

I found the staff kind and helpful! The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. I felt completely safe and welcome . I am very thankful.

The building was a bit older than the pictures suggested. this did not significantly detract from the overall experience.
