i found the staff very amicable and accommodating, a real asset to the experience. the proximity to gare du nord made my travel seamless, a convenience i greatly valued.

The bathroom was quite small. I struggled with limited space around the sink. Some upgrading could improve the overall experience.

The room size was smaller than expected, a point worth noting. the air conditioning was not as effective as it should have been. I found it difficult to regulate the temperature to a comfortable level. furthermore, the promised amenities such as extra toiletries were slow to arrive, requiring multiple requests. it was inconvenient, to say the least. I expect prompt service, particularly from a hotel of this supposed standard.

I enjoyed breakfast a lot. it offered a great choice each morning. i also got an upgrade to a junior suite. It was a great surprise. the room was spacious with a huge bed and a really good size bathroom.

the elevator experienced issues twice , requiring walks up and down the stairs.

the room was clean, which i found acceptable.

The steam room hours were inconvenient. They were only available from 9-10:30am without scheduling a private session. the gym was also disappointing. It only had one set of dumbbells, and one of them was broken. i really seemed like broken equipment should be fixed or replaced in a hotel.
