narrow bedsfaulty air conditioning
The noise level was unacceptable. I had to sleep right next to the street and it was hell. The beds were also quite narrow at only 2 meters wide. There were no power outlets near the bed or the bathroom mirror. The air conditioning didn't work as expected either. The minibar gave off a lot of heat, further warming the room.

The hotel location proved convenient, with a metro station right nearby. A grocery store was close, made getting necessities very easy. The staff members were REALLY friendly and assisted me with directions. I found public transit to be safe and straightforward to use.
The street where the hotel sits had very limited dining options available.

Breakfast offered fresh options, and the service during breakfast hours was consistently attentive. I found this REALLY useful. The breakfast buffet featured a varied selection of items for different tastes.

The hotel provides underground parking. It includes electric chargers. The proximity to the metro allowed for easy travel to key attractions. The area felt secure during both day and night hours.

The room was spacious, and it had a well-appointed bathroom. Air conditioning worked GREAT. This kept the room comfortable. I appreciated the daily housekeeping service, as it maintained a clean environment.

The staff provided really good service, and they offered room upgrades based on availability. The front desk personnel were accommodating and kind . The hotel provided assistance with luggage storage upon departure.
