i found the staff amazing. they were super friendly, attentive and helpful. the breakfast included a decent variety of bread, pastries, cheese, yoghurts, fruit, juice and hot beverages along with boiled eggs. i loved that free coffee and water was available in the main lobby. the location was fantastic, very close to the metro station.

i didn't fathom the fact there was no minibar in the room. the bathroom wasn't clean. it needed a good scrub, sadly.
