The room was quite clean. The cleaning service did a good job. I also appreciated the proximity to various dining options. There were many restaurants nearby. It felt safe to walk around the area at night. I never felt uneasy. I found the location convenient, with metro and bus links close by.

The check-in process was slow.

The hotel offered a breakfast buffet with many choices including fresh juice and pancakes, a wonderful thing to see. There was a dedicated dining area, but it became quite crowded during peak hours, a minor inconvenience though.

There was a pool on the seventh floor, near my room, handy. I noticed there were some activities available in the lobby that seemed designed to entertain children. It was a nice touch, indeed.

The hotel's location is excellent and allowed easy access to various attractions. I found the breakfast to be very well-served with many options available. Staff members were helpful and keen to assist with any requests. The hotel offered enjoyable gaming options in the lobby including basketball and table tennis.

The room was spacious and well-kept, (it had everything I needed). I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the ample space for luggage storage. The bunk beds were very comfortable, perfect for children.
