the location was convenient, near the metro. the staff seemed helpful and friendly. the room was clean enough. i also appreciated the free coffee available.

the elevator was out of service during my entire stay. i had to walk up several flights of stairs with my luggage. the room was also quite small. the breakfast selection was very limited.

the location was good because it's near transport.

I was really disappointed with the lift. it was out of service and my room was on a high floor so i had to carry my suitcase up many stairs. also, the room wasn't very clean. I noticed some dust.

The hotel has a perfect location near public transport. Several restaurants are available around the hotel. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast to be a great addition to the stay.

The elevator was out of service . This made accessing my room on the upper floors somewhat inconvenient. Hallways were also quite narrow.
