the location was convenient with easy access to attractions. it was also quiet enough for a restful stay. nearby dining options were within walking distance (i enjoyed the variety). the staff was professional and helpful.
the room was not very clean. i dropped something under the bed and found someone's underwear. this indicates they don't clean under the beds often. the toilet also looked stained.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
dirty floor unnecessary deposit
I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. The bathroom floor had some hair. the room felt smaller than I expected. The staff was not always attentive. The mini bar deposit felt unnecessary. I wasn't happy about these aspects of my stay.

quiet courtyard amazing location
the location is amazing. it's right behind café de flore and very close to metro line 4, a real plus! the staff were accommodating to my request for a room on a floor with an elevator. the room faced a quiet interior courtyard.
the hotel charged a mini bar deposit.

The room was clean and charming. the hotel was in a nice area where we felt safe. Even at night! i got in a lot of steps over my three day stay.
