excellent location welcome treats good breakfast shower ceiling big update boutique hotel

The location was excellent. It was close to major attractions and the metro. There were welcome treats , including water and macaroons in a tote bag. I found the breakfast good , especially the croissants.

The ceiling in the shower leaked when the room above had a shower. This left a dripping noise afterwards. The building needs a big update. It could become a boutique hotel , but there's work to do.
