helpful staff free coffee convenient service

The staff were helpful with local recommendations. i appreciated the availability of tea and coffee downstairs throughout the day. i also found it convenient that we could leave our luggage after checkout to do some more sightseeing. This service was very useful.

mixed experience with some issues

limited selection musty smell

the breakfast was quite disappointing for the price. the selection was limited, and the quality did not meet expectations. i found better options at nearby cafes for less cost. the room also had a musty smell, it was especially noticeable upon entry and lingered throughout my stay.

the reception team provided an friendly welcome upon arrival. the room offered complimentary hot beverages and mineral water. i found the location convenient near the metro station.

the bathroom door didn't close properly, which affected privacy.
