The staff were polite and cheerful (a plus for this kind of hotel).
The food quality was a problem . The soup tasted like baby food, and the bread roll was hard. I also had a chili burger with unappetizing chili and barely cooked chips. I left most of it and remained hungry.

The approachable staff made check-in easy. My room was a good size with a comfortable bed for the duration of my stay. I found the location central. It was easy to access the town. I appreciated the available parking in the rear.
The exterior of the building could use some work, especially the color. I just don't love the green color.

the location is perfect for elan valley exploration i could secure my bicycle in their lockable shed the view from my room was wonderful many food options were available nearby
the breakfast menu didn't match what was advertised for the hotel

fantastic experience!

tia on staff was especially friendly i loved getting drenched and finding the rooms super warm. the atmosphere was so relaxed i felt totally at ease the whole time. food tasted fresh and was also reasonably priced i couldn't have asked for anything more .
the bathroom was not perfectly clean this is something i hope they will improve in the future.

the hotel offers a perfect base if you want to explore the surrounding area nearby there is plenty to see and do i found the hotel very conveniently located for my travel plans. it was easy to access local attractions.

the staff were polite and kind they were very attentive to my needs. the breakfast included tasted excellent it was a fantastic way to start the day before going exploring. the service was very efficient.
