Wonderful Stay. Great Hospitality

convenient location delicious breakfast great perk warm environment

I found the location very convenient, close to the gondola. I appreciated the breakfast. It offered various hams, cheeses, and fruits. We received excellent restaurant recommendations for our dinners. The staff remembered us after multiple visits. They inquired about our family. The personnel was top, always eager to help. Check-in was informal. It included a nice glass of red wine. The sauna is beautiful. It is well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Complimentary soup was a great perk after skiing. We really appreciated this. We also got complimentary food between 4 pm and 6 pm. It was a wonderful bonus. The owners created a warm environment. I appreciated the attention to detail. Customer service was amazing. I was charmed. The staff was helpful. They were friendly. Location is good. The hotel is only a short walk to the city center.

The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises easily from the other rooms.

Breakfast features a diverse selection of hams, cheeses, and fruits. We enjoyed homemade apricot cake. It was light and fluffy. Complimentary soup and a buffet meal were available in the early evening.
