Really good amenities
convenient location friendly team delicious breakfast ski locker
The hotel's location proved convenient. The team was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included many options and was delicious. The ski locker accommodated equipment easily and featured boot warmers. I was able to purchase a ski pass at reception and found the service courteous throughout my stay.
The room had little natural light. The overhead lights were too bright. Decent side lights were missing, except for small pin lights by the bed. A coffee machine or kettle for tea was also not provided.

The rooftop heated outdoor pool is a highlight. The spa includes an indoor heat pool. Many saunas, a laconium and a steam bath are available to guests.

The staff was attentive. Two receptionists, Juan and David, were super cute. They ensured guests felt at home upon arrival. They paid attention to detail.

The location is central and accessible. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station. Note the station near the hotel is the Hahnenkamm station. Kitzbuhel has three stations in total.

spacious rooms super clean clean fresh juice
the rooms was spacious. it was super clean clean. the breakfast was awesome with fresh juice you can make.
i did have a problem with bright overhead lights and no good side lights. there weren't a coffee machine and kettle for tea.

decent hotel, some drawbacks
wide selection breakfast amazing views rooftop pool central town location natural light room coffee machine chilled water
the breakfast was good with a wide selection of items. the rooftop pool offered amazing views. the hotel's location in the center of town was convenient.
my room lacked natural light, and the overhead lighting was harsh. there was no coffee machine or kettle in the room, which i found inconvenient. also, i had to pay for chilled water after the first day.
