The staff was really friendly and helpful! They seemed quite efficient.
The air conditioning dripped water through the ceiling. It was a small indoor waterfall. The bed was pretty hard, and the pillows seemed like rocks! Getting a softer pillow and a thin duvet from reception helped.

My room was quite small. I felt cramped, and the bathroom door didn't lock. Some of the light bulbs were also out, which wasn't ideal. It seemed like basic maintenance was overlooked.
