friendly staff substantial breakfast ample parking noise issue flimsy curtain wet floor
The staffing at this hotel is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was substantial so this is nice. Ample parking spaces are around the hotel so guests can save some money.
The room had noise issues on the first floor. Doors would slam upon closure and were disturbing. The shower curtain felt flimsy and short. After every shower, the entire bathroom floor got wet, which I didn't like.

helpful staff clean bathroom convenient parking
The staff at reception were very kind and helpful. The bathroom was clean, and the room included a fridge. I found convenient parking and the building looked well maintained. I would use this hotel again. the rooms were clean and the AC worked WELL.
The rooms seemed noisy because of little sound proofing.

The metro stop is a 6 to 8 minute walk from the hotel. This location provides easy access to transportation. This made seeing the sights easier.

The staff were super friendly. The receptionist gave me useful information on transportation. The manager gave a tour of the rooms, pool and gym. the waiters were lovely!!

Okay stay near the exhibition center
clean room useful fridge poor soundproofing small gym
The room was very clean when I arrived. I appreciated the fridge in the room (it was useful for keeping drinks cold).
I found the soundproofing to be quite poor. I could easily hear noises from the corridor, and it was disruptive at times. The gym was also small. It had only two exercise bikes.
