large tvmetro station
the location is close to the oceanografic. a metro station connected to the city center is nearby. I liked the large tv IN the room, it was perfect for watching a football match.
the shower sprays all over the bathroom floor, it is very slippery.

The staff was very friendly. i found the rooms were clean. i especially loved the proximity to the aquarium. It. there was also a café on the ground floor where we could grab coffee.
the tv had a glitch. it came on at 3:15am. this was very annoying.

The hotel is near the aquarium, a short walk. buses and trams are also very close. a shopping center with a carrefour is in walking distance. It takes about 12-13 minutes.

the double room was modern with new amenities. a very large and nice terrace was available. the beds were soft and comfy. everything looked quite new.

the front desk staff was courteous and helpful. the staff always offered a smile and was very available. we felt very cared for. the reception is always open.

inadequate spaceshower design
the bathroom lacked adequate space near the sink for basic toiletries i found this quite inconvenient the shower design allowed water to spread across the entire bathroom floor creating a slippery hazard furthermore i noticed some mold in the bathroom a detail that certainly needs attention also a fridge q-tips and flip-flops were absent from the room i consider these standard amenities so their absence was disappointing
