noisy environment spa disappointment

the breakfast was acceptable, especially the fresh fruit selection.

i booked a spa day, but it was disappointing. many children were in the pool area and whirlpool. it was difficult to relax or enjoy the quiet time i expected (i really needed that quiet).

the hotel is located close to many shops and restaurants, that was acceptable.

the spa i expected was not what i received. there was lots of noise due to children running around. the breakfast pastries seemed like something out of a discount grocery store.
