wonderful stay in the alps

I stayed here while hiking near the lake. It was an ideal spot. my room had alpine décor, very cute! it was also practical. the balcony view of the mountains was lovely and peaceful. the staff at the front desk and restaurant were polite, always ready to help. i slept well, it was very quiet at night.

the room lacked a fridge. i wish there was a mini-fridge available, especially for keeping drinks cold.

this hotel is close to many attractions, including public transport and shops. i noticed that getting to ski resorts is easy, as transport is right in front of the hotel. hallstatt is not too far by car.

I found the breakfast buffet to have many choices. The food tasted good. the check-in was smooth and i got a refreshing drink. the staff seemed to want to make sure i had everything i needed.

the location was perfect. it provided easy access to nearby attractions. the room was neat. the wooden alpine décor created a cozy vibe.

the staff at the bar seemed rude. their behavior was shocking, and etiquette was lacking. there was no ventilation in the room. it was hard to sleep without some fans available.
