The parking area was large. I found the location provided awesome views from the room. The breakfast offered many choices, and the restaurant prepared nice meals. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel lacked air conditioning and proper ventilation within the room. I found it necessary to keep the balcony door open during the night.

wonderful stay in the alps

I stayed here while hiking near the lake. It was an ideal spot. my room had alpine décor, very cute! it was also practical. the balcony view of the mountains was lovely and peaceful. the staff at the front desk and restaurant were polite, always ready to help. i slept well, it was very quiet at night.

the room lacked a fridge. i wish there was a mini-fridge available, especially for keeping drinks cold.

the location was perfect. it provided easy access to nearby attractions. the room was neat. the wooden alpine décor created a cozy vibe.

the staff at the bar seemed rude. their behavior was shocking, and etiquette was lacking. there was no ventilation in the room. it was hard to sleep without some fans available.
