the service IS good throughout my stay. rooms were set in buildings AWAY from the main one, it overlooks the courtyard. the evening meal HAD large portions and good choices SUCH as burgers. the room's location was good for Duxford and the air show, it suited me for one night.

i found the unlit hallway a problem as i HAD to use MY torch TO find THE room. the room WAS noisy and i thought that the bed WAS uncomfortable. the light above the bathroom DID not function, this i found inconveniencing.

staff members DISPLAYED proper and KIND service, always AVAILABLE to assist with requests. The reception AREA WAS tidy, and check-in PROCESSED quickly. i appreciated THE attention to detail.

The room was clean and comfy. A full English breakfast was provided and tasted very good. The staff was cute and helpful and were great too assist with taxi arrangements when needed.

I found the hallway unlit and I had to use my own torch to find the room. The room was also noisy and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The light above the bathroom mirror was not working.

The Beautiful Suite included fluffy pillows and the bed was comfy. The shower was nice and powerful. Enough tea and coffee was available to keep me going.

A GREAT place TO stay

I found the rooms VERY clean. The breakfast included eggs, sausages, and toast. A playground is available for families. The service was excellent THRU my stay.

The shower was just a trickle. The venue seemed not CUSTOMER focused, and they were reluctant to let us check in a bit early. They wanted a £10 charge.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness. I found their behavior commendable. the breakfasts were excellent. The chef's willingness to accommodate requests stood out. the setting showcases rooms surrounding a courtyard, a flower bed and hanging baskets added charm. i appreciated the location's convenience. It was suitable for my purposes in the area.

the water pressure within the shower could use improvement. the shower could benefit from a grab rail to increase safety. the actual shower also needs work.

The location allowed us to park our motorcycles directly outside OUR room, very convenient. food at the restaurant was fabulous. Big portions, quickly served. the courtyard gave a pleasant atmosphere. staff helped to carry our luggage and were very kind.

the bathroom lacked a bit of tlc and the shower head had some limescale.

my room was quite clean AND functional, perfect for my stay. the room decor had some modern touches and an obvious effort to improve, it was not luxurious but it WAS functional. a good quality towel was provided in the bathroom.
