The East Wing Lounge serves afternoon tea, cocktails, and light bites, including a small plates menu with dishes like Iberico pork presa and carrots with bulgur wheat, pistachio, and caraway. The hotel offers a Fish and Chips special with beer-battered fish and triple-cooked chips, served with tartare sauce. Guests can also enjoy a steak selected by the chef, served with triple-cooked chips, béarnaise sauce, plus a glass of aromatic Merlot. A number of menu options include Eyas lunch, dinner and Sunday lunch menus, as well as Private Dining Menu which has been developed by Head Chef, Russell Bateman.
