The Falcon features Eyas, a fine dining restaurant with a menu including starters, such as Cornish lobster and salmon ravioli, and mains, such as North Atlantic halibut or Herdwick hogget. The East Wing Lounge serves afternoon tea, cocktails, and light bites, including a small plates menu with dishes like Iberico pork presa and carrots with bulgur wheat, pistachio, and caraway. The hotel offers a Fish and Chips special with beer-battered fish and triple-cooked chips, served with tartare sauce. Guests can also enjoy a steak selected by the chef, served with triple-cooked chips, béarnaise sauce, plus a glass of aromatic Merlot. A number of menu options include Eyas lunch, dinner and Sunday lunch menus, as well as Private Dining Menu which has been developed by Head Chef, Russell Bateman.
