I loved the staff. They were very friendly and keen to help! checkout and check-in were both easy. our room was clean and quiet. there were great facilities too, a plus.
The restaurant food wasn't fantastic. It wasn't the best. the breakfast buffet, however, was amazing. there were lots of choices!

the staff were very attentive. i arrived early and they upgraded me to a junior suite! the room had a view over the park just outside. the bathtub was huge and the shower had good pressure.
I found a bit noise in the room. people in the corridor could be heard at all times. the luggage storage system seemed unsafe. Bags were left without identification.

I found the air conditioning pretty weak. The room felt stuffy, and i couldn't get it to cool down properly. the breakfast area was crowded at peak times. It was difficult to find a free table, and the buffet lines felt chaotic. It started early and was a bit disruptive.

The breakfast selection was excellent (especially the pastries!). i found a wide variety of choices that suited my needs. the location suited me well. I enjoyed being close to the park. the staff were very helpful. They answered all my questions promptly.
the bathroom cleaning was not great. i noticed some hair in the bathtub and on the sides after checking in. i found that the toilet kept running after flushing multiple times. i also found that starting to mow the lawn outside the windows at 7:40 in the morning was not ideal.

I appreciated that i received a junior suite upgrade upon arrival. The suite was clean, with a beautiful view of the park outside. The hotel's restaurant provided excellent food and attentive service. Prices seemed reasonable. I found MANY international travelers, which gave a good vibe.
there was a slight inconvenience, the check-in took a while to complete.
