the bus stop was very near the hotel. innsbruck city was reachable by bus in 15-20 min, and the connection was convenient. the hotel also has enough private parking . the food was really good and tasty!!!

the friendly staff provided local bus tickets, a great perk for exploring nearby areas. i found the pool and sauna facilities to be a wonderful addition after a day of sightseeing. the hotel restaurant has both comfortable indoor dining and outdoor seating.

The breakfast buffet lacked enough variety for my taste. A few more options would be nice.

Super Staff and Great Location!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke excellent English. The location is very quiet, just outside the city, and buses run every 15 minutes. I loved the outdoor seating area. There is also a nice little pool.

My room was a bit warm because there was no air conditioning. It made sleeping a little difficult.

the staff was kind, and the bus stop was a short walk away.

My room was not as expected. It had twin beds instead of a large double bed as advertised. i found pubic hair in the shower. the room included a very old, small tv without a remote.

The room was quite small. It felt a bit cramped for the duration of my stay. THE bathroom lacked adequate ventilation, so it often felt damp after showering. I also noticed some wear and tear on the furniture.
