insufficient seating
the furniture seemed rather outdated, and the bed's firmness was not to my liking. noises from the hallway and adjacent rooms often disrupted sleep. breakfast service lacked variety, and i observed that seating was often insufficient with slow refills.

i adored the helpful staff. they arranged cabs to the airport with such care! breakfast was simple, yet delicious and hearty. the large room had two windows filling it with light, and the beds were comfortable.
carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult! the room needed some repair. Small pieces of board were missing on the floor. i was very disappointed by this.
