the hotel is near the city's main attractions, it's easy to reach everything. the staff was courteous, especially those handling breakfast, i found them very kind. i was able to send my travel data ahead and get the keys quickly (a very efficient service!). i could check myself in after hours, this option was good for late arrivals.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise easily.

this hotel is in a perfect spot, close to the center. a bus stops right near the door. there are lots of choices for eating and drinking nearby.

street noisemissing kettle
my room faced the street, so sleep came at a premium thanks to the constant tram noise. the soundproofing clearly took a day off. also, i asked for a kettle but it was nowhere to be found. maybe they thought i was planning a tea party for the trams.

the breakfast included many options and fresh food. trams and buses were very close to the hotel. i liked having easy access to transportation and city center. the staff was super helpful during check-in.
the soundproofing was not great. i could hear noise from the street and other guests. this made it difficult to sleep without earplugs. car and tram sounds affected my sleep.
