adequate stay with some issues
excessive noisemisleading photos
the photos looked much better than the actual hotel my room was not what I expect. i also noticed excessive noise coming from delivery trucks very early it made sleep difficult. the breakfast was alright but i ended up paying for breakfast at a hotel nearby after my first morning because it was much better.

excellent stay in a lovely location!

The room was quite spacious and the bed felt very comfortable (i slept like a log!). the food at the restaurant was great and the breakfast offered many choices, i appreciated the wide selection. the hotel staff were really friendly. They definitely.
the hotel car parks were completely full upon arrival. this meant i had to park a bit further away. it was only a minor inconvenience, but it would be better if there was more parking.

The pool and spa area were a welcome addition to the hotel. I especially appreciated the sauna. the indoor pool is good, while the outdoor pool is heated. Both are very comfortable for swimming. a bar is open late on the premises.

the room had a separate sitting area, a hallway, a terrace, and a bathroom complete with both a shower and a bath. the room was also very clean, and i was impressed by the level of maintenance. views are available from the rooms.

the hotel is in a gorgeous village with great views and a pleasant local environment. a nursery slope is approximately a five-minute walk. there are regular buses and trams, public transport is excellent.

the staff was friendly and helpful, even for tired guests arriving late (thanks!). i got help at the desk when needed. it felt great that the staff was keen on resolving any issue and helping out.

the food options were good, and the chef made vegan options for dinner, which i found thoughtful. i enjoyed the variety in the breakfast buffet and the fact that i could book the evening meal. the food was lovely (evening meal and breakfast).

The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! it included a great variety of choices. there are two swimming pools connected inside and outside. the reception staff are very helpful. They gave us a free ticket for the bus. the bus runs to the cable car that takes you to the top of patscherkofel mountain.
The pillows provided were quite flat. They didn't offer much support.

the hotel has excellent access to local transportation options. a bus stop nearby offers convenient connections. this makes visiting the surrounding areas quite easy, ensuring guests can explore attractions without difficulty, all within a short ride.
