the check-in process was smooth, i just called the number to get access. My room had a kettle, i found this useful for morning tea. The hotel is near shops and the seafront, its location is REALLY good.

The staircase felt steep and a bit unstable. This may be difficult with mobility issues. i had to call upon arrival, as there isn't a visible reception area.

the location was very central it was near the seafront and other amenities.

i had multiple issues upon arrival there was a lack of service. there was no front desk and another guest let me into my room. the room was dark the door handle did not work i had issues with the key card.
