The staff were kind and helpful, assisting with directions and local recommendations. I felt welcomed. The location was fantastic, very close to the metro station. I found the air conditioning in the room worked REALLY well, a great feature, especially during warmer months.

The stairs felt a bit challenging, particularly with luggage. No elevator exists. Guests should prepare for several flights of stairs to reach their rooms.

amazing location, i'm already planning my return!

I found the location very nice, right in the heart of the marais district. shops, bars, and restaurants surround the area. i particularly loved the bakery just down the street. It offered a good morning treat. the hotel's proximity to the metro and rer lines was especially convenient.

the walls and carpet showed some wear. i noticed it felt a bit old, needing some freshness, though the daily bed making and bathroom cleaning were consistent.

The hotel is near the métro system. This was a big bonus. i could dine and shop nearby because the area has many options. front desk allowed early check-in after my morning flight. it was wonderful, and the room suited my needs for the night.
