Casa Memoria offers studio to two-bedroom apartments, each with a kitchenette and patio. Morven and Dounebrae apartments provide ground-level access and patio areas. Holiday cottages, including Pine, Gatehouse, and Alpha, come with kitchenettes, sitting areas, and gardens with patios. All bedrooms in the cottages and apartments include en-suite facilities. Casa 22 is a wheelchair-accessible studio apartment with a kitchen and dining area.

Douneside House features Aberdeenshire's three rosette awarded restaurant, offering lunch, afternoon tea, table d'hote, and tasting menus. The Conservatory Restaurant offers seasonal dishes. The Library restaurant offers a 6-course tasting menu with wine flight, showcasing Aberdeenshire and Scotland's produce. The menu is complemented by wines and whisky. Guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks on the front terrace or unwind in MacRobert's Reply Bar, which serves cocktails and whisky. The Dining Club provides a foodie experience in a relaxed setting. A delivered menu is available for private dining in cottages or apartments between 5:30 pm and 6 pm.

Douneside House is a base for exploring Scotland's sporting and leisure pursuits. It is located near the Castle Trail, allowing visits to Crathes, Drum, Craigievar, and Castle Fraser. The grounds of Balmoral are open to the public when the Royal Family is not in residence. Fishing is available on the MacRobert Estate's lochan or through arranged trips to the Rivers Dee and Don. Golf enthusiasts can use the 9-hole course in Tarland. Nearby landmarks include Queen's View (4 km), Tomnaverie (2.5 km), and Migvie Sculptured Stone (4.5 km).
