torn blind unacceptable cleanliness
the room was close to the city centre , a convenient location.
my room was not up to standard. the window blind was torn and the carpet had holes. i found the level of cleanliness unacceptable.

Central Location and Friendly Staff
helpful staff ample space
The staff were friendly and helpful. The double room was spacious with lots of storage space. It featured a fridge and ironing facilities. The hotel is a short walk to the main high street. Many restaurants and pubs are nearby.
The bath needed a good scrub, and there was a lot of hair in the plug. I was disturbed by a whirring and clunking noise throughout the night. It lasted around ten seconds and repeated.

the basic amenities are still well kept. The rooms feature storage space and an ironing board for convenience. There is a fridge for keeping drinks cold and all the facilities are in good condition.

Self check-in was convenient, and I liked the ability to come and go as I pleased! The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location is central, so getting around was easy. Plus, parking right outside was definitely a bonus.

The code-based lock system worked perfectly, ensuring secure access. Union Street and the city center are nearby. Public transport options make it easy to reach various parts of the city, though the parking was a little tight.

The staff demonstrated really good kindness and were always available to assist when needed. The reception desk was helpful, and I quickly got directions to my room upon arrival because I needed some assistance

The breakfast featured a buffet style with a reasonable price I found. Instant coffee was available each morning and I was glad for that, It added to the experience.

The room had a good shower. A very welcome experience I will say! The beds were comfy, and I definitely enjoyed my stay because I was able to rest well after walking all day. I am very happy

the room offered ample space and cleanliness. the hotel's central location made getting around simple. i found parking readily available, a real plus. the value for money was good.
the room did need a bit more light though, it was a little dim.

The location was convenient! access to union street was quick. i appreciated the online check-in process. It saved a lot of time. the cooked breakfast had a great selection, it was a nice touch. the staff were helpful. They gave directions with a smile.
the room needed a tiny bit of freshening up, with a couple of small spots.

the location provided easy access to nearby attractions the reception area looked tidy the room provided basic amenities for a short stay. the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep i saw that the hotel offers luggage storage which was helpful.
the bathroom was quite small
