the room was smaller than i expected storage space was insufficient i had to keep my belongings in my suitcase throughout my stay this became quite inconvenient there was also a constant clicking sound from the ac unit disrupting my sleep during the night the lifts were another issue one lift was out of service resulting in long wait times especially during peak hours this made it difficult to get to and from my room efficiently
