the hotel is in a great location. it is close to many shopping streets and restaurants. the hotel is also near a beautiful park. the staff was very nice, even though it was hard to communicate in english at times.

the onsen is not tattoo friendly. the room was also not soundproof. i could hear the train all night.

the location allows easy access to shibuya and harajuku stations it takes about 7 to 10 minutes walking to each location the staff was great they were willing to assist in every way the hotel offered complimentary ice cream and late night ramen service i enjoyed both.

the room was smaller than expected it was difficult to open both suitcases simultaneously i had to wait until the exact check-in time to get room keys
