Fantastic Stay in a Prime Location!
cute staff comfortable room great location
The staff was cute, and they accommodated my needs very well. I found the room quite functional and comfortable. It was also spacious enough for my stay. The location is great as it's only a short walk to many attractions (about 15 minutes to the coliseum).
The shower temperature had some fluctuations, especially in the morning, a little disappointing.

Every staff member I encountered was polite and courteous. Their behavior stood out. Staff like Martina, Daniel, Roberta, Ruxana and Rita were amazingly helpful. They were ever smiling.
Rooms

I stayed in a superior double room, and it was beautifully decorated. The room offered a combination of luxury and comfort. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided to all guests.
Location

The hotel is in a convenient location near many places. It is especially good if you like walking (I do!). You can walk to both the Colosseum and the main train station in about 10 minutes.

Breakfast offered a variety of sweet pastries, fresh fruits, cereals, yogurt, bacon, and eggs. The hotel has a rooftop, a nice casual spot for everyone. There is also a café just across from the hotel.

helpful staff main attractions
The staff was helpful (especially Roxanne!)! She provided many excellent tips. The hotel location is close to the main attractions, and all staff members were helpful. Joseph had great knowledge of the surrounding area. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
The elevator is quite small. It comfortably fits only one person with a bag.
