the hotel is very central , made exploring convenient. the staff were helpful and friendly which added to my experience. the room had a refrigerator and coffee machine. the air conditioning unit was a real bonus.
the mattress was rigid and the pillow did not support my neck. i had to request additional pillows to get comfortable. the breakfast room felt small and crowded when many guests were present.

the hotel is close to the avenida metro station, about 300 meters away. bus stops are near the metro entrance, including bus 732 to cais do sodre. several points of interest are along this route, such as restauredores and rossio.

the reception staff was kind and helpful, arranged transport. they provided helpful advice and information. the staff speaks spanish which is a great help for some guests. overall, the service was effective.

Breakfast included a wide range of choices, suiting different needs. cereal, fruit, toast, eggs, ham, and cheese rolls were available. the breakfast offerings were consistently refreshed. It was always being kept stocked. the room was very clean.

the location is central. staff were helpful and friendly at all times. i found the breakfast satisfactory and the beds comfortable.
i observed the hotel looks tired internally. it seemed expensive for a two-star hotel. the hairdryer stopped working frequently.

the double room featured clean sheets. towels were also provided. i found the cabinet to be a tasteful feature in the room adding to its character.
