My room was quite spacious and clean. I found the bed very comfortable. I slept well each night, and the hotel had a lively bar, so I enjoyed that. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a diverse selection of items.
The hallways had an older style, with some worn décor.

The staff were quite kind and helpful. They really were great. the hotel itself was beautiful and in a perfect location. It suited me well.
The room had such a bad smell when i entered! it smelled like stale vomit, i found it disgusting. the heating was also controlled by reception. I felt that was not ideal, especially with the freezing temperatures outside.

the staff was helpful when i asked for directions.
The room smelled heavily of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. the noise from the nearby nightclub went on until 3 am. Earplugs were provided, but did little to help. the television remote did not function. I tried new batteries without success.

the staff was very friendly. the location is central and everything is five minutes away. brooks breakfast was lovely also. the staff was so lovely too.
the room was stifling warm. i had the radiator turned off however. i could hear street noises because i had to sleep with the window open. this included a clock tower chiming on the hour from 7am.
